You can also get smart customizable notifications for calls, text messages, application alerts, and more. In addition, you can even control your music3 and playlists on your smartphone directly in the zūmo browser display. So you can take your music with you.
Free traffic information and real-time weather
What's going on in the face? zūmo® 396LMT-S can connect you to real-time traffic and weather information through the Smartphone Link app. This free mobile app connects your zūmo device to the iPhone® or Android ™ smartphone.
Integrated Wi-Fi keeps you up to date
Updating maps and software is simple, as zūmo® 396LMT-S benefits from integrated Wi-Fi. When a new update is available and you are connected to a WiFi network, you will automatically receive an on-screen notification to make the updates at the touch of a button. There is no need to connect zūmo to a computer.
Better focus on pilot alerts
To help you focus more on the road and make your journeys safer, the zūmo® 396LMT-S offers useful alerts on tightened front curves, speed changes, level crossings, or crossings for animals, areas with schools and others. You are also notified when you are about to enter forbidden. You will receive alerts on nearby traffic lights and fixed radars6. In addition, for long journeys, a fatigue warning7 will suggest you take a break and indicate the rest areas you can take into account after a few hours of travel. For added peace of mind, the zūmo automatic incidents notification feature8 sends a text message with location information to your default contact in the event of an incident.
Do not drive with the tank almost empty
An integrated fuel economy digital travel travel computer is included as standard on your zūmo® 396LMT-S. This makes it easy to estimate how many kilometers you will be able to go through until the tank is empty. Dynamic fuel alerts let you know when it's time to get full and even give you options on the locations of the power stations. A useful speed limit indicator tells you when it's time to slow down. In addition, the digital compass display and the motorcycle POI database can help you find repair shops for motorcycles, representations and other locations. Your zūmo device also includes a service history log, which helps you keep track of service intervals, mileage, and service for your motorcycle.
