5 Second Fix Repair Kit - description
After removing the cap, apply a special liquid gel to the area you need to repair. Attach the second part with a lit UV lamp and let the light work for a few seconds so that the glue hardens. Glued materials need to be cleaned and degreased before applying the gel, if necessary, you can roughen it with fine sandpaper. Characteristics: UV GEL is a superglue with a controlled curing process using UV light after 5 seconds. It is suitable for gluing, repairing, fixing, filling, insulating and sealing the surface of various parts. It fills and seals cracks in the surface of glass, varnishes, rubber parts, metal parts, etc. It insulates and seals electrical components, including motherboards, low-voltage components, etc. After complete hardening, it is possible to sand, drill and varnish. How to use correctly:- Glued parts must be free of dust and grease- Remove the cover, applicator- Apply UV gel to the surfaces you need to glue- Attach the surfaces together and fix the correct position- Apply the illuminated UV lamp from a distance of about 1-10 mm- Illuminate for about 1 minute and let it harden- After 5 seconds, the strength is about 50%, after 30 seconds 90%. Full strength is achieved in 1-24 hours.- The adhesive also reacts to daily UV radiation and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.- After opening, store in a horizontal position in a cool and dark place.
