The Sous vide Slow Cooker ADLER AD 6415 is a device for slow cooking food products that preserves their nutrients and emphasizes the unique taste of favorite dishes. Food vacuum-packed in special bags is placed in water in a pot and cooked at a precisely controlled temperature that is usually significantly lower than traditional boiling of foods. Sous vide cooking allows preserving the nutrients in dishes and highlighting their unique flavor. A temperature setting from 20 to 95°C ensures even cooking of food products. In the device, we can set cooking time from 1 minute to nearly 100 hours.
