Game Carcassonne PL 5. Abbey and Mayor, Edition 2 The abbey tokens work like monasteries from the base version, but do not need to match the surrounding terrain. The Mayor figures can only be placed in cities and their "strength" is determined by the number of shields in that city. Additionally, the expansion includes tokens of Barns and Carts. Barns allow scoring of meadows during the game instead of at the end. Carts positioned on roads, cities, or monasteries can move to an adjacent unfinished construction when the current one is completed.
