Makita Fast Charger for 9.6V to 18V Batteries - DC18RC
The Makita DC18RC fast charger has a forced air fan to cool the battery to minimize charging time. The digital power display identifies the battery status and charging condition. Information from the battery's memory chip is read to determine the optimal charging method. The fast charger allows charging the BL1830 3.0Ah Li-ion battery in just 22 minutes.
This charger is the standard from Makita for recharging Makstar type slide batteries:
Slide type: 14.4 V to 18 V BL1815 to BL1860 / BL1415 to BL1450 (except special footprint type BL1815G / BL1413G / BL1813G ...) and 9.6 to 14.4 V type Ni-Mh (which are no longer marketed by Makita)
With adapter reference 193947-6 Stick type: 7.2 to 18 V Ni-Cd and Ni-Mh (older generations)
