Our weight vest comes with a full set of weights that allow you to adjust the load from 1 - 20 kg.
A total of 38 easily removable 0.5 kg sandbags are used as weight, which are evenly distributed and thus allow comfortable movement even during the most intensive training. The shoulder straps are extra stitched, the opening for the neck is spacious and does not restrict the user's movement in any way.
The vest is fixed with four wide straps with Velcro fasteners, so it is suitable for practically any figure.
