Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, ferrous bisglycinate, rice powder (bulking agent), magnesium stearate and silica (anti-caking agents), corn starch, maltodextrin and calcium phosphate (bulking agents), folic acid, cyanocobalamin. Capsules: hypromellose, calcium carbonate, gellan gum.

Dosage: children from 3 years of age and adults 1 capsule per day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
