Recommended dosage: 1-2 capsules per day with meals. Microorganisms are able to survive a variety of conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better when taken with food such as oatmeal with low-fat milk compared to taking only water or juice.
If you or your child are unable to swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a little liquid at a temperature of up to 30°C.
