The autonomous code lock combines the functions of a digital keypad for access control and a reader for cards and proximity key fobs. This modern device works with electromagnetic locks, which use an access control system. It can also control other electrical or alarm devices. The lock has 1 relay output and a reader for cards and proximity key fobs. Authorized personnel can enter the room or building after reading the card or entering the access code. The non-volatile EPROM memory retains the stored codes and parameters in memory during a power outage. The lock’s keypad is backlit, making it easy to enter codes after dark. Its durable housing makes it exceptionally resistant to changing weather conditions. The lock is suitable for surface mounting. The glowing LED indicators signal the operating status of the encoder.
