Gel pad - instructions: The gel pad should be used at 20 min. intervals. As a cooling pad: If you want to use the insert as a cooling pad, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Moisture in the gel will cause freezing. The gel will remain cool, even if the frost can no longer be seen. As a warm liner: A. Putting in hot water: Carefully place the liner in a bowl of hot water for 20-30 sec. After removal, place on a towel. If the temperature is insufficient for you after removal, carefully place the insert in hot water for another 10 seconds to reach the desired temperature. B. To place in the microwave: Wrap the pad with a damp cloth or kitchen towel. Place horizontally on the microwave and heat as follows: 800 W - heat 40 sec.1 000 W - 30 sec.1 200 W - 20 sec.
