The soft-bell MASTER adjustable dumbbell differs from a regular dumbbell in the possibility of adjusting the weight from 0.5 kg to 9.5 kg. It has a triangular grip and a plastic body on which you can attach up to 4 weights. The weight is filled with sand and covered with fabric. Thanks to this, you can use it at home. You don't have to worry about breaking or breaking something like with a classic barbell. The advantage of the soft body is also that you cannot hit yourself like with a classic iron-bell barbell.
