Ergonomic handle
The handles are designed to fit your palm and they improve grip as well as a comfortable grip.
Easy opening/closing
Turning the handle on the top of the pressure cooker is so convenient, it becomes easier to release and lock the lid of the pressure pan.
When pressure cooker is locked, the red safety valve on the handle will be visible.
In this way, the pressure cooker is guaranteed to keep all the steam and pressure inside properly.
Pressure gauge
The pressure pan has a cooking level indicator.
When the 1st white ring is visible, the casserole is in perfect temperature conditions.
When 2nd red ring is visible, the heat under the pressure cooker is too high, this is a warning to reduce the heat for proper cooking.
