Ergonomic Handle The handles are designed to fit your palm and improve grip and comfort. Easy Open/Close Turning the handle on top of the pressure cooker is so convenient, it makes it easier to release and lock the pressure cooker lid. When the pressure cooker is locked, the red safety valve on the handle will be visible. This way, the pressure cooker is assured to keep all the steam and pressure inside properly. The pressure cooker has a cooking level indicator. When the 1st white ring is visible, the pressure cooker is in perfect temperature conditions. When the 2nd red ring is visible, the heat under the pressure cooker is too high, this is a warning to reduce the heat for proper cooking.
