Stainless Steel Worm Gear Clamp W2 40-60/9mm
Thanks to the appropriate construction of the lock casing, the MA Professional W2 hose clamp for flexible hoses is characterized by excellent parameters while maintaining very compact dimensions. Cold-formed indentations of the band, combined with slightly raised edges, provide protection for the flexible hose from damage. Made from corrosion-resistant AISI-430 steel (band and lock casing), it is an attractive offer for the automotive market. Due to high corrosion resistance and good plastic parameters, the stainless steel worm clamp W2 is also very popular in other technical markets beyond automotive. The recommended mounting torque depends on the size of the clamp and should be adjusted to the type of hose and the geometry of the connection.
The worm clamp with a width of 9mm made of W2 stainless steel shows high resistance to weather conditions and long-term use.
