Thermal Adhesive 70ml Technicqll
Fire-resistant paste based on silicates. Excellent for all materials operating at very high temperatures above one thousand degrees Celsius. Resistant to exhaust fumes, diluted acids, water, chemicals, and negative temperatures.

Application:
Designed for repairs, assembly, and sealing of exhaust systems (e.g., manifolds, silencers) in mechanical vehicles and construction, for assembling and sealing damaged chamotte, metal, and ceramic pipes that supply and discharge exhaust gases, liquids.
Benefits:
- Does not run, ideal for vertical surfaces
- For repairs of elements operating at high temperatures
- For repairs of flue ducts, for installing fireplace inserts
Adhesion:
- Bonded surfaces should be free from any contaminants (dust, water, grease, etc.). Metal surfaces should be degreased using Cleaning Set P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959.
- Apply glue to one of the surfaces, spread it evenly and join the elements.
- Within 5 min. position of the elements can be adjusted.
Sealing:
- The joint/gap should be free from any contaminants (dust, water, grease, etc.).
- Apply glue and smooth with a spatula dipped in water.
- Within 5 min. position of the elements can be adjusted.
Specification:

- Full curing: 24 h
- Temperature resistance: -40C to 1200C
- Shelf life: 18 months
IMPORTANT:
The joint after thorough drying and burning at temperatures above 5000C for about 2 hours attains resistance to water and aqueous solutions. Gradually heat to avoid the formation of bubbles and cracks in the joint.
