Made with real red raspberries, this puree has a low viscosity and bitterness, is rich in aromatic, sour and sweet, with a versatile, full-bodied flavor. This puree is preservative-free and contains no artificial colors or flavors. In fact, this puree has been created to retain its original properties so that its most natural flavor, color and texture will shine in your menu items at any time of the year.
Packaged in a 22 lb bulk pail, this product is a great way to make sure you have a good supply of this top quality puree on hand. The bucket is equipped with a handle for easy transport and can be stacked to maximize space in the cold room. The puree itself is easy to mold and portion. You can defrost this product by leaving it in a bucket and thawing it for 6 days in the refrigerator. You can also portion this product and defrost it in a baine marie or in a microwave oven for faster use. When you're done using the puree, the lid comes with a snap-on gasket to let you know it's properly closed. At the end of its useful life, the bucket can be recycled to minimize waste in the facility.
