KEMOT PROsolar-2500 solar converterKEMOT PROsolar series solar converters with nominal output power from 500 W to 2500 W, thanks to their extensive functionality, allow you to work with photovoltaic modules and the electrical grid. The devices combine the functions of a solar charger, inverter and battery charger.
The use of solar convertersDirect access to solar panels means that these devices use solar energy to power loads connected to the existing electrical system. The solar converter will also work well for powering electrical equipment requiring an alternating voltage of 230 V and as an emergency source will ensure trouble-free operation of devices requiring continuous power supply. KEMOT solar converters with a power of approx. 500 W will be suitable, for example, for central heating pumps, or alarm and monitoring systems or light receptions. On the other hand, you can use more powerful devices to power refrigerators, kettles and other more demanding devices.
Two modes of operationKEMOT solar converters are an additional source of electricity obtained from solar energy, which in the event of a power outage you can use to support all devices that require constant power supply from the grid in your home. Importantly, the device needs a maximum of 6 milliseconds to switch between individual modes.
PV1 priority mode. During the day (sunlight is sufficient) and the devices are also connected to the mains supply: the photovoltaic cells will supply power to the external devices, at the same time charging the battery (the mains power supply will be in standby mode at the same time).

In the evening, the system will power the devices from the battery until the undervoltage protection is activated; The system will then automatically switch to mains power mode and charge the battery to a certain level to provide power in case of an emergency. The battery will be fully charged by the PV cell when the PV power is restored.
AC1 priority mode. Mains power is available: the devices will be powered by the mains. Photovoltaic cells will recharge the battery.
2. In the event of a voltage exceeding the voltage range or a power outage: connected devices will be powered by the battery and photovoltaic cells to maintain power continuity. If power from photovoltaic cells is unavailable or insufficient, the connected devices will only be powered by the battery.
